New Customer Club Cards

Instructions:

If you order over $20 you will get a new 'punch' card in your order. There are 5 boxes on it and you can check one off for each order over $20 and when it's full you just have to mail it back to me and I will send you a fun ribbon goodie bag worth over $5 with lots of fun ribbons (or paper if you prefer!) you will love!

Please be sure to write your name and address on the back side of the card before mailing it in. And when you check off the orders just write either a date or site you ordered from also so I can look back at your order history.
